Here is what we have been working on - Picktime Roadmap

We always have a lot of our clients wanting to know more about all the new features we are currently working on. We thought there is no better way than to put up Picktime roadmap with features that will live any day!


Picktime only has email notifications at the moment and we want to change that by introducing reminders. Did you know that sending reminders to your clients can reduce no shows by almost 60%? Our reminder feature lets you set a reminder to send before your customers appointment. You can choose from time ranging from 1 week to 2 hours before the time off appointment.

Custom labels

This feature lets you name the subpages on your booking page the way you want. For example you can change the 'book appointment' button to 'book now', name 'services' as 'one-on-one appointment', classes as 'group bookings' and your resources as 'rooms/equipment'.

Add ons

Another feature we have added to Picktime Roadmap is add ons. Add ons are additional services that will be suggested to your customers when making a booking. For example, if you are providing a pedicure as a service you can add in a leg massage as an add on for an extra 10 bucks. So when you're customer chooses a pedicure in the online booking page, they will be suggested a leg massage which they can choose when making a booking. This is a great way to sell your services and make them more visible.

Class packs and Courses

With this feature, you can add a group of class sessions to your class by choosing a start date and an end date, add in the number of sessions you want to provide with the class pack, add a price per each session and simply save. With this feature, if you add a client to this package, they will be automatically added all the sessions in that package.


Our team has been working so hard on making this feature work seamlessly. With this feature, you can integrate with Stripe, Paypal or square and take payments directly from your clients when an appointment/class/resource is booked. You can choose how much percentage of the payment they must pay while booking appointment and also cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled.

Merge duplicate customers

With this feature, you can easily combine client names, contact details, email addresses all into one single profile.
