Our Zoom Integration is LIVE!

Due to the testing times, we are going through right now- All businesses from Schools & Colleges to Meetings, Fitness classes have switched online. With more and more businesses moving online, our team at Picktime is committed to ensuring that our users have whatever they need to make this huge shift possible. Introducing our new feature - Zoom Integration

Zoom is a great tool for Audio and Video Conferencing across Mobile Devices, Desktops, etc. With the Zoom Integration, you can seamlessly schedule your online meetings, classes, webinars and much more.

To get started, you need a Picktime Starter or Pro account. If you want to link your team members with their zoom accounts, you need a Premium Zoom account you can use the integrations without any limitations.

To Connect your Zoom account with you Picktime account, Please follow these steps -

  • Go to App and Integrations > Zoom
  • Click on the Activate button you see on the right side of your screen.
  • Log-in to your Zoom account and click on the Authorize button.
  • Only the Picktime admin will be able to login to their Zoom Account
  • If you have multiple Team Members, you will see them with your Zoom user set by default.
  • You can change to their respective Zoom user in the dropdown next to their names.

P.S If you are not the Admin of your Zoom account, you need to ask the admin to pre-approve in the Zoom Marketplace. If you get an error message when you hit on the activate button, it is because the app hasn’t been pre-approved by your admin.

Zoom for Appointments & Classes

Once you finish your integration with Zoom, A Zoom location will be automatically created. Please make sure you are creating your online meetings and classes in the Zoom location only.

You will be easily able to change the location in the booking pop-up. If you want to change the location name, you can do it via the locations section.

Once the booking is made you will automatically see the Zoom meeting links populated. Depending on your notification settings, your clients and team members will be sent an email notification that will have the Zoom meeting links attached.

Note: You can follow the same procedure for your recurring bookings as well. All your Recurring bookings will have the same Zoom meeting links. They will be shown as a single entry in your Zoom account.
